Umtausch

Schritte für den schnellen Umtausch, falls z.B. der Schuh nicht passt oder Ihr einen anderen Artikel wollt....

1. Schickt uns eine Nachricht an die info@varsikin.de , wenn möglich
gleich mit Paketscheinnummer des Paketes und dem Versanddienst
mit dem die Rücküberlieferung folgt

2. legt am besten noch eine handgeschriebene Notiz bei
3. Schickt den Artikel (das Paket frankiert) an die

Der neue Artikel wird versendet, wenn

1. Ihr uns die Paketscheinnummer zukommen habt lassen, und wir dies zurückverfolgen können
2. oder das Paket bei uns eingetroffen ist

eventuelle Kosten für den Umtausch:

- Haben wir den Artikel Euch falsch zukommen lassen, z.B. falsche Größe übernehmen wir voll
und ganz die Kosten für die Rücklieferungs- und Versandkosten.

- Habt Ihr z.B. die falsche Größe bestellt, müsst Ihr für die Rücksendung zu uns die Kosten tragen...
jedoch verschicken wir den neuen Artikel umsonst.

Steps for a fast exchange, if the shoe doesn't fit or you just want a another article...

1. Send a message to info@varsikin.de, if possible with the number
of the parcel label number of the package and the shipment
business with which the sending is going to come back
2. put a handwritten notice in, too
3. Send the article, stamped, to the following address:

You will get the new article, if..

1. you sent you parcel label number, that we are able to backtrack it
2. or the package has come to our hand

There might be costs for exchange:

- Just in case, we sent you something wrong, e.g. a wrong size, we'll absorb
all costs for sending back and to you again,

- but, if you ordered the wrong size for example, you have to pay the
costs for sending back, but we'll send the new article for free.
